Overflow of active dry yeast at the supermarket. Why was it so trendy? Did baking our own bread become too difficult? Just like sourdough that rose in many kitchens, will other things that have risen like mass allyship/work to deliberately be aniti-racists during Quarantine fall off when it becomes too difficult?
