1:30 PM: Arrival, get settled. Spend a little time writing anything you want. Do not mark student work, make lesson plans or answer parent emails.
2:30: Brainstorm/get to know each other/orientation (Lodge)
3:30: Quick meeting for everyone who is workshopping (Great room in the barn)
3:45: Unstructured writing time or idea lab
5:30: Appetizers and drinks (Great room in the barn)
5:50: Introductions (Great room in the barn)
6:00: Dinner (Great room in the barn)
**If you are not going to arrive before dinner, please let me know and I’ll have Highlights put aside a meal for you.
